Mouthwatering Schnitzel (Gluten Free)
Ingredients: Chicken Cutlets
Ground Flax Seeds
Almond/Coconut Flour
Spices – salt, turmeric, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper
Coconut Oil
Instructions: Make a mixture of ground flax seeds, a little almond/coconut flour, and spices. Cut chicken cutlets to desired size and shmear coconut oil on each cutlet. Dip cutlets in flax seed mixture and place on baking paper on cookie sheet. Bake on 400 degree Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
