An adult's body is made of approximately 65% water.

 In general, drinking aids our bodies capability to replenish and nurture each and every organ in the body, keeping our body healthy.
Of course when one is pregnant nourishing our body is of utmost importance , moreover now there is another human being developing inside who also needs that water to stay healthy and grow!
Drinking enough liquid can aid in this way:
Gives you more energy. How many times do you feel tired and lethargic, drink-- and your energy will immediately pick up!
Helps our bodily functions flow better.
Make our skin smoother and more elastic- definitely needed to prevent or minimize tearing in birth...
and lots more!
Drinking prevents many situations such as:
premature labor, constipation, hemorrhoids, urinary tract infections.
How much water should one drink while pregnant?
Often one hears one should drink at least two-three liters of water a day.
Of course, in hotter weather one should increase one's liquid intake.
If one wants to really  know exactly how much one should be drinking one measures one's weight in pounds and divide by two. The  resulting number  is the amount of fluid ounces one needs to drink each day. If one wants to measure in kilos, one must measure ones weight and multiply by 30.
Best tips to make sure you are drinking:
fill up three empty soda bottles a day and make limits for yourself.
The first limit is “my first bottle I will finish drinking by lunch time, my second bottle by dinner and the third before i attire for the night.”
