4 Tbsp. Agar agar Powder or gelatin (Can get in any baking supply store)
1 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice (around 5 oranges) or you can use
elderberry syrup (really any freshly squeezed juices would work- you can
make all different colors!)
2- 3 Tbsp. of raw honey (optional)

Vitamin C powder (I do around 5-9 tbsp. but you can put less if you want)

In a small saucepan over low heat, mix the juice, Agar powder, honey, and
whisk.
Heat slightly until Agar powder is completely dissolved (do not boil!)
Remove from heat and then whisk in vitamin C (you don’t want to heat the vit
c too much).
Pour into molds or even a small glass dish - I use Alef beis chocolate molds.
Refrigerate for about 2-3 hours.
Remove from molds. If you used a loaf pan, cut into small squares.

Store in the refrigerator- they will last 2-3 weeks.
