Flax Seed Wraps

This recipe is for one wrap. I make around 5 or 6 recipes at once.

3 Tbl ground flax seeds
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 egg
1 Tbl coconut oil melted (I use olive oil)
1 Tbl water

Mix ingredients well. Poor onto cookie sheet and bake around 5 min at 350.
Let cool and then cut into 4 large squares (don’t lift them up until cool). 

You can also fry them on the stove. I like the oven because it’s easier, faster, and really delicious.
